Nirupama Vedaprakash, R.Y.T., is certified to teach Integral Yoga Hatha I. Originally from India, she has been practicing Yoga since childhood and teaching for the past three years. She has also studied under teachers from different lineages such as Iyengar, Kaivalyadhama, and Svyasa.
