How much time is spent in class practicing asanas?
Sixty-five percent of the time is spent studying and practicing asanas. The remaining time is given to anatomy and yoga philosophy.

All of the instructors have an average of at least 10 years experience of practicing and teaching yoga.

Are there exams?
One midterm, one comprehensive written final, and an oral qualifying class (students teach a complete 90 minute basic class).
