Integral Yoga Institute’s comprehensive certification programs provide a foundation for personal and spiritual development and for strengthening your own practice. Integral Yoga Teacher Training will prepare you to become a knowledgeable and professional Yoga teacher. IYI is a safe environment where students feel free to realize their own potential, gaining respect for themselves and a capacity to be of service to others.

Integral Yoga Institute is a Yoga Alliance–registered Yoga school (RYS 200 and 500 and RPYS) for the 200- and 500-hour Teacher Training and the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training levels. We offer 500 hours of training in two segments, 200 hours and 300 hours, permitting teachers who graduate to become either an RYT 200 or an RYT 500, depending on the level of training completed. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training has been training Yoga teachers for over 40-plus years. Our 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training program can be customized to fit your individual interests. You may select from our many graduate-level Yoga Teacher Training programs.
