Thai Yoga Massage Intensive 1
5-Day Workshop • 10 a.m.−5 p.m. $500
Wednesday−Sunday, September 19–23, 2012
You will learn a complete, full-body, one-and-a-half-hour massage; the training and knowledge to give a Thai Yoga Massage; the fundamentals of effortless, flowing transitions between postures; and the history and philosophy of Thai Yoga Massage energy balance through acupressure and Thai energy lines.

Thai Yoga Massage Intensive 2
5-Day Workshop • 10 a.m.−5 p.m. $500
Wednesday−Sunday, November 28–December 2, 2012
This course teaches you new postures and case studies in order to customize the massage for a more profound therapeutic effect. You will also learn how to perform an expanded three-hour Thai Yoga Massage; customize the 90-minute massage for people of different sizes, flexibility levels, and abilities; and provide total stress relief and treat a variety of related ailments.

Wednesday−Sunday, May 16–20
This course introduces you to the fundamentals of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian healing system and sister science to Yoga, and connects Thai Yoga Massage with its historical roots in Ayurveda. You will learn practical methods of applying Ayurvedic knowledge to deepen the therapeutic quality of your practice. Utilizing a new, 60-minute Thai Yoga Massage and instructions on customizing treatment for a person’s body type (vata, pitta, or kapha), you will also learn how to determine an individual’s Ayurvedic constitution; bring energy movement into Thai Yoga; create a customized two-session Thai Yoga Massage wellness program according to a person’s body type; understand the fundamental concepts of Ayurveda history, philosophy, and healing; and incorporate the use of knees as a massage technique.

Thai Yoga Massage Intensive 4
5-Day Workshop • 10 a.m.−5 p.m. $500
Wednesday−Sunday, May 30–June 3, 2012
Beginning with a complete review of the theory and techniques learned in Intensive 3, you will learn how to perform a 90-minute Thai Yoga Massage according to a person’s body type; identify and massage 18 marma points (vital energy points) and understand their healing properties; employ preventive measures and therapeutic relief for common ailments for each dosha; add essential oils to your massage; and create a four-session Thai Yoga Massage wellness program that takes into account nutritional, lifestyle, and Yoga recommendations according to a person’s body type.
