Claire Kinsella was for 15 years a Wall Street professional and is a former vice president at a leading New York City investment banking firm. She has been studying and practicing Yoga for 15 years. She is a certified Integral Hatha I, II, and III, Prenatal, and Postpartum Yoga teacher.
