Craig Carlson is a writer and artist. He has been leading a weekly Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) class at IYI for five years and believes that a steady practice will bring profound and lasting benefits to students at any level. He also teaches Hatha I/II.Free Deep Relaxation Class on Fridays at 5:30-6:15 p.m.
