Gita (Stacey) Gallup
Gita (Stacey) Gallup grew up singing and playing gospel music in Virginia, the granddaughter of the church organist and the daughter of the church music director. She is a certified Integral Yoga teacher and has studied Bikram, Vinyasa, Sivananda, and Tibetan Heart Yoga. She teaches Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and harmonium.
