Rachel Greenfield

Rachel Greenfield, a dietary counselor, has studied and practiced macrobiotics and whole-foods cooking for 22 years in Australia, Switzerland, and New York. She has taught at the New York Macrobiotic Center, the Natural Gourmet Cookery School, and Gulliver's Living and Learning Center.
