Sevika Dobrow is a certified Integral Yoga teacher of Hatha I, Chair Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Children’s Yoga. She works and teaches at IYI.

Hatha I at 2:45-4:15 p.m. on Tuesdays (Note: she teachers every other Tuesday)
Prenatal Hatha at 6:30-8 p.m. on Wednesdays

Yoga Nidra (Monday, Feb. 16 • 6–7:25 p.m.)
Children’s Satsang (Sunday, Feb. 22 • 11 a.m.–1 p.m.)
