The Work Exchange program provides opportunities for students to contribute to the Integral Yoga Institute through service. Program participants volunteer their time and talents: cooking in the IYI kitchen, keeping the Institute clean, assisting in the offices. In exchange for passes to take yoga classes and most workshops. Participants also enjoy the opportunity to become part of the larger IYI community, working side-by-side with staff, teachers and other volunteers.

To say I live paycheck to paycheck would be an understatement, but at IYI I am able to immerse myself in a wonderful environment and continue to practice my passion. The workload is simple and enjoyable with a very flexible, ‘make your own schedule’ system that yields vouchers for free Yoga classes.”
