Give, Serve, Love and Take Classes and Workshops for Free!
The Work Exchange program provides opportunities for students to contribute to the Integral Yoga Institute through service. Program participants volunteer their time and talents: cooking in the IYI kitchen, keeping the Institute clean, assisting in the offices. In exchange for passes to take Hatha classes and most workshops. Participants also enjoy the opportunity to become part of the larger IYI community, working side-by-side with staff, teachers and other volunteers.
"With the Work Exchange Program, I needn’t be wealthy to practice regularly. That in itself speaks volumes. I give, but get so much in return. Where else can one go to receive nourishment for mind, body and Spirit but also encouraged to accept one another and ourselves just as we are?"
