Nadiya Nottingham, whose "Pelvic Power" work is renowned in the U.S. and abroad, will show you how to find and use your pelvic floor muscles, fortify the lower and upper abs, use the correct breath during exercise, and strengthen your back muscles. Learn the proper arm alignment for plank pose and other arm-weight-bearing poses. Tapping in to your abdominal power will help you recover from surgery of the pelvic region and regain good health. Nadiya has reversed health issues in her own body, and her teaching is based on the direct personal experience of the benefits of this work.
