Children’s Satsang
Spiritual Teachings for Family Life

Nora Nirmala LeMorin

Sunday, Oct. 12 • 11 a.m.–1 p.m.

By donation

This program will bring families together to experience sangha (spiritual community). We will share the teachings of Yoga as they apply to daily life through stories, songs, and art projects. There will be Kirtan (chanting) and playful family Yoga practice. We will use ritual to celebrate the light and love in all of us, creating sacred space for the spirit. Light refreshments will be served, and you are welcome to bring a vegetarian dish to share. Invite your family and friends to this beautiful gathering.

Nora Nirmala LeMorin has been a disciple of Swami Satchidananda since 1992. The mother of an 12-year-old, she teaches Hatha to adults, children, and families throughout Westchester. Nirmala also instructs early-childhood educators and IYI's teacher trainees in teaching Yoga to children.
