We love our Yoga practices, but what's equally special about Integral Yoga is the people, the heart and soul of our community. Enjoy a Saturday-night dinner, followed by an inspiring and fun movie. We'll start at 7:30 p.m. with some responsive chanting and the meal prayer, share our meal and lots of conversation, and then settle down to watch a film. Sangha (spiritual community) is one of the most satisfying elements of spiritual life.
Theresa Arula Herron-Heurung is Integral Hatha I, II, Prenatal, Postpartum, and Raja Yoga certified. She also holds Pilates and fitness certifications. Since childhood she has studied, performed, and choreographed usiing Yoga, ballet, and modern, folk, ethnic, and sacred dance forms. She teaches Yoga, dance, and Pilates, writes, and has worked in the art world.
Steve Heurung, the household manager of IYI, has worked here since 1996 and has attended Teacher Training. He is also manager of the Rhythm Syndicate, a company providing custom DJ service for events. Steven has led drum circles for over two years and spent 20 years in the art and design industry.
