In this hands-on class, you’ll receive written recipes for making super-delicious green drinks, green smoothies, and meals featuring green soups and salads. Learn how to make a dark green leafy vegetable salad taste as if it had been cooked. Discover the nutritional differences between juicing, blending, and massaging greens and when it’s best to use them. This workshop—the first in a series—will encourage you to incorporate more raw and living foods into your diet.
