Sound familiar? Greens are at the top of the list of nourishing, protective foods. Greens make us think more clearly, besides being Mother Nature’s sedative. In this hands-on class, you’ll receive written recipes for making super-delicious green drinks, green smoothies, and meals featuring green soups and salads. Learn how to make a dark green leafy vegetable salad taste as if it had been cooked. Discover the nutritional differences between juicing, blending, and massaging greens and when it’s best to use them. This workshop—the first in a series—will encourage you to incorporate more raw and living foods into your diet.

Maria Massana is a longtime practitioner of Yoga and Goenka Vipassana meditation. She is certified to teach Hatha I, II, and III and Stress Management and is a health counselor and energy foods chef.
