Integral Yoga Hatha is especially nurturing to the mature body’s muscles, joints and bones and the Integral Yoga community welcomes and reveres people of all ages.
Online Registration
Register for workshops and events online! It's simple:
- Go to the page of the workshop or event you wish to attend
- Click on the green "Register Now" button (in the upper left-hand corner)
- Follow the prompts. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or Paypal.
Please note: online registration closes three days before the date of the class. So register early!
