Sound Journey into Stillness

Swami Nadananda

Monday, July 14 • 6-8 p.m.

The gong is a primordial tonal instrument used to reconnect your consciousness to the place of timeless meditation within. This experiential and uplifting journey includes group toning, guided relaxation, and an extended, exquisite gong journey channeled through Swami Nadananda, followed by a period of silence.
