Presented by the Integral Yoga Institute of New York and the Integral Yoga Institute of New Jersey

Friday, October 3–Sunday, October 5

$350 for the weekend

It is easy to become overwhelmed in this fast-paced world. We are constantly bombarded by external stimuli which affect our natural state of wellbeing. When we are centered, calm, and balanced, we can overcome these challenges, make peace in our hearts and make our contribution to the world. We invite you to take a break from your regular routine to go within and reflect. In this serene country setting, with the gentle and wise guidance of seasoned Yogis, you can find out more about yourself and your true nature. Begin the day with meditation and hatha, followed by insightful talks, both morning and afternoon, on fundamental ancient Yogic truths and how to put them into practice in our daily lives. Also included are the practices of silence and selfless service that will be vital components of each day.

Need time for yourself to:
• Rest and rejuvenate ?
• Learn new healing practices ?
• Enjoy the company of like-minded friends ?
• Bask in the richness of great spiritual teachers ?

Open to all, this retreat provides special attention both to beginners and experienced students. Enjoy all this retreat has to offer - close to home! The beautiful natural surroundings and elegant interior of this former novitiate provide the perfect spot for a get-away weekend.
