Good hip flexibility enhances most Yoga postures. A limited range of motion in the hips is often responsible for knee problems. Many students-particularly men-find their biggest challenges in the poses that require greater hip flexibility. Discover stretches that increase the length of the muscles that cause restrictions in hip movement.
