Indian Vegetarian Cooking
Intensely Tasty and Healthful

Andalamma Dharmapuri

Saturday, June 28 • 3:30–6:30 p.m.

$48

Indian cuisine lends itself beautifully to the vegetarian diet. The intense flavors add richness and texture, and the combination of vegetables, plant-based protein, and carbohydrates produces dishes that are healthful and nourishing. Learn to prepare dal, curried vegetable dishes, tasty breads, and chutneys both with dairy products and without them. Bring your curiosity and your appetite. After the workshop, participants will share a meal.
