Chant All Day to Benefit the IYI

Join Eddy Nataraj, Rev. Kim Lesley, Ned and Lynn, and Anjula in a full day of ecstatic and devotional chant. The day will be divided into two three-hour chant segments, with a break for a yummy vegetarian lunch, care of the Integral Yoga kitchen. All proceeds will go toward the establishment of a scholarship to Integral Yoga’s prestigious Teacher Training program.

Eddy Nataraj has been in love with music since the beginning of time. While meditating in the woods for four years, Eddy found his own unique sound, which he says was inspired by nature and the self. Eddy now devotes his life to teaching Yoga and praying music.

Reverend Kim Lesley is a singer/song writer/percussionist with 25 years of experience touring and recording. She has sung with Paul Young, Jools Holland, Sting, Steve Winwood, and Eric Clapton and appears on CDs by Lenny White, Voyceboxing, The Interfaith Choir, and her very own CD, Daughter of God. http://www.reverendkimlesley.com
Ned and Lynn lead chanting at Kripalu, Canyon Ranch, Integral Yoga, and other New York City and Woodstock Yoga studios. They have studied and performed with Jai Uttal and have been members of the band for international chant leader, Wah! They are graduates of David Darling’s musical improvision course, Music For People.
Anjula was raised in a very devotional family that revered Indian classical music as one of the highest forms of spirituality. While growing up, she frequently traveled throughout India, where she learned to chant and discovered how fulfilling it was to express her devotion through her own voice. http://www.anjulaprasad.com
