This workshop includes Chi Gong for relaxing the back “on the fly,” Tai Chi principles for effortless power, Pilates-based work to improve awareness and strength of the “core” muscles, and Hatha Yoga and pranayama for gently cultivating a suppler and more vital spine. You’ll discover which of these modalities—and which combinations—work for you. Take advantage of Bill Gallagher’s years of experience on prioritizing the development of strength, flexibility, and awareness to set the stage for long-term spinal health.

Bill Gallagher, P.T., C.M.T., C.Y.T., has developed a uniquely integrative approach to help people suffering from pain and disability. By combining the rehabilitation traditions of the East (Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi) with cutting-edge therapies of the West, Bill helps his clients maximize function and minimize pain. Bill is the director of the East West Rehabilitation Institute in Manhattan.
