This workshop includes Chi Gong for relaxing the back “on the fly,” Tai Chi principles for effortless power, Pilates-based work to improve awareness and strength of the “core” muscles, and Hatha Yoga and pranayama for gently cultivating a suppler and more vital spine. You’ll discover which of these modalities—and which combinations—work for you.
