Discover how the teachings and practices of Yoga can help bolster your program of recovery from addiction and/or dependence. Learn how asanas, deep relaxation, and breathing practices, alongside the application of Yogic philosophy, can help you to gain more control over your internal world and allow you to make healthier choices to promote your recovery. Come to understand how we can end our suffering by no longer looking to outside pleasures for the joy and peace that are found within.
