Nada Yoga
A Musical Journey to the Self
2-Session Workshop

Diksha Halina Listopad

Wednesdays, July 16 and 23 • 7–9 p.m.

$43

Nada Yoga is the Yogic science of piercing the chakras through the awakening of the Kundalini shakti by means of sound vibration. This process stimulates the immune system and fosters healing, creativity, and meditation. Session One will begin with a guided exploration of sound using voice and musical instruments with intent to access the anahata nadam, or the "unstruck" sound within. Yogic tools, including mantras, their corresponding color frequencies, mudras, movement, and breath, will help attune you to this nadam. Session Two will include a guided Nada meditation and guidelines for individual practice.
