Passover Satsang, Seder, and Kirtan Songfest
A Celebration of Freedom
Rabbi Andrew Hahn
Saturday, April 3 • 6:30–9:30 p.m.
$25 donation for Satsang; Seder ($10 minimum) / $15 donation for Kirtan only.
Come enjoy a Passover experience you’ll never forget. Passover is a home- and table-based Jewish holiday that celebrates the movement from bondage to freedom, from leaving the narrow place to finding expansiveness. Come as we hold a traditional Passover seder ritual meal with teachings, singing, discussion, and reflection. We will talk about the Exodus from Egypt as “story.” What is the role of leadership—the teacher, the guru—in finding personal freedom? This, and more, will be discussed by Rabbi Hahn and other guest teachers. After we eat, we will hold a special Hebrew Kirtan led by Reb Drew and his band. The meal will be specially cooked and vegan.
