Learn how the whole body benefits from attention to this area. Discover the remarkable effects of employing these muscles in your Hatha practice. Experience how poses, from warrior one and two to plank pose, can become almost effortless and bring abundance to the pelvis which in turn will give you sense of a more even distribution of physical power within.
