A Healthy Twist on Traditional Favorites

This is a new and exciting class. Learn how to cook nutritious Southern vegetarian cuisines with a Caribbean twist. In this class we will make comfort food that everyone loves using Southern and Caribbean ingredients. On the menu: collard and mustard greens, corn bread, peas and rice, chili, bread pudding, and much more. Afterward we will sit and feast. Please bring a take-home container for leftovers.

Wendy Roberts is from the Caribbean island of Antigua. She is also a manager at the Integral Yoga food store and has been cooking and doing private catering for six years.
