This respected program has been developed and refined during 25 years of training yoga teachers. The purpose of the program is beyond making you a yoga teacher. The program is an excellent foundation for an extensive knowledge of yoga. Complete instruction in how to teach Integral Yoga® Hatha Beginners I is the basis of the program.
All Hatha Yoga classes and most workshops at Integral Yoga Institute are offered free of charge to participants for the duration of the training program. Teacher trainees will also receive a 10 percent discount on purchases at the Integral Yoga Bookstore, Integral Yoga Natural Foods, and Integral Yoga Natural Apothecary.
