This workshop will explore ancient and new techniques incorporating prananyama (Yogic breathing), special mantras, Yoga postures, meditation techniques, Yoga philosophies, and more. Using these practices will enable you to find ways to live a happier, healthier life, enrich the lives of those around you, and “be the peaceful change” we all wish to see in our world.
