Yoga as a Path to Bliss
Yogic Solutions to Life’s Challenges

Sumati Karen Bates

Sunday, Jan. 18 • 12:30–2:30 p.m.

$30

After a Yoga class you feel a sense of inner peace and bliss, but how can you get to that state of well-being during times when it’s not possible to roll out the mat, especially during times of challenges and stress? This workshop will explore ancient and new techniques incorporating prananyama (Yogic breathing), special mantras, Yoga postures, meditation techniques, Yoga philosophies, and more. Using these practices will enable you to find ways to live a happier, healthier life, enrich the lives of those around you, and “be the peaceful change” we all wish to see in our world.
