Are you dealing with ongoing, persistent spine-related conditions that prevent you from even considering Yoga? Don’t despair. People with ongoing back pain can begin to practice many aspects of Yoga safely and effectively.
In this workshop we will:
• begin to study the relation of Yoga science and philosophy to pain management and wellness
• begin to explore Yoga practices for body, breath, and mind that are adapted for specific back-related needs and prevention of further injury
• begin to develop a personal Yoga practice (for class or home)
• consider how back-related challenges can actually assist in Yoga practice and spiritual evolution
